The "TTA Core Process and Activities" course provides a structured learning experience designed to enhance the technical and operational capabilities of Training and Technology Administrators (TTAs) engaged in public health campaigns. This course covers the entire ICT4D campaign workflow, from understanding the campaign setup to the execution of field-level support.
TTAs will gain practical knowledge in badge and user management, digital attendance tracking, and the SPAQ administration process for CDDs. In addition, the course introduces effective referral processes at health facilities and foundational project management concepts relevant to campaign operations. Through instructional videos and assessments, learners will build the confidence to manage devices, train implementers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely data collection and reporting.
By the end of the course, TTAs will be capable of supporting campaign implementation at ward and LGA levels using the ICT4D platform effectively.
