This comprehensive course provides an in-depth guide to the ICT4D Campaign Process, equipping field personnel such as TTAs and Cluster Supervisors with the knowledge and skills needed to support public health campaign implementation effectively. Learners will explore the roles and responsibilities within the ICT4D ecosystem, focusing on user management, digital badge operations, and attendance tracking using event and session modules.

The course also includes hands-on practice modules to reinforce skills in creating sessions, clocking in and out participants, generating reports, and performing bulk shipments of SPAQ. By the end of this course, learners will be confident in navigating the ICT4D platform and supporting efficient, technology-driven campaign operations.
