Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) – Live Session

This live training session is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to prevent, recognize, and respond to sexual exploitation and abuse in humanitarian and development contexts. The course will cover core principles of PSEA, the roles and responsibilities of all personnel, reporting mechanisms, and the importance of creating safe and respectful work environments.

By the end of the session, participants will:

• Understand what constitutes sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA)

• Recognize power dynamics and risks associated with SEA in field operations

• Learn how to report incidents and support survivors

• Commit to upholding a zero-tolerance policy on SEA in all professional interactions
